One Year Ago in Fitness Paddling - December 2006

Here are posts which appeared in Fitness Paddling blog in December of 2006. My new WSBS Thunderbolt kayak just arrived to Fort Collins. All local lakes were frozen, but I started to paddle on the South Platte River and continued during all winter. I was still posting pictures from the 2006 Missouri River 340 Race.
