One Year Ago in Fitness Paddling - January 2007
Here are posts which appeared in Fitness Paddling blog in January of 2007. I was paddling and outfitting new WSBS Thunderbolt kayak. All local lakes were frozen, but the South Platte River near Greeley was flowing and providing good opportunities for paddle workout and some nice winter photography. I was still posting pictures from the 2006 Missouri River 340 Race.
