May 2007. You could find several visual references to pictures by Björn Olin, a Swedish photographer, paddler, and racer. "14 Tips by Mark Zollitsch" was the most popular article during last year. May was also a month of the first Wyoming Outback Challenge on the North Platte River (see information on the 2008 race ).

One Year Ago in Fitness Paddling - April 2007

It seems that April is always a quiet month in this blog. A year ago, I wrote just a few posts. However, at least, the article "How to Choose a Boat for an Ultra Marathon Race? The Case of Missouri River 340" is worth revisiting. Well, I didn't follow my own advice and analysis (let's say I changed my race objectives) and paddled the Thunderbolt kayak in the MR-340 race last year. I am not sure about boat selection for this year yet. Sea Wind canoe is getting some serious considerations.
