fitness paddling: exercise, train, race by kayak & canoe

A cool video clip from Boundary Waters was posted on YouTube by CanoeJack - a real-time, solo, single-trip, 20-rod portage on the Kawishi River in Minnesota.

He is traveling light. However, I am really impressed not by his portage but rather that he managed to shoot a movie without stopping the portage. I am not sure if I can do it with my 60+ lb Sea Wind. The movie reminds me carrying the Sea Wind to the Morrow Point Reservoir in the canyon of Gunnison River. The 40 mile highway portage during WaterTribe Ultimate Florida Challenge was something different.
