fitness paddling: exercise, train, race by kayak & canoe

As a workout I paddled 5 mile virtual race on Beaver Pond in Arapaho Bend Natural Area in Fort Collins, Colorado. Here is my Sisson Nucleus kayak after the race at my take-out spot. Garmin Edge 305 GPS is still on. The picture was shot with Canon EOS D10 on a tripod.
