fitness paddling: exercise, train, race by kayak & canoe

I have moved my paddling workouts from a small Beaver Pond to the Horsetooth Reservoir (if I want to some boat wakes) near Fort Collins and to the Boedecker Reservoir near Loveland (if I prefer more peace).

The picture above was shot with the Pentax Optio W10 camera set in an interval mode and mounted with the sticky pod on a bow of my kayak.
