fitness paddling: exercise, train, race by kayak & canoe

How to paddle intervals or time trial with such a sunset over Front Range of Rocky Mountains? I had to stop to contemplate and shoot a few pictures from the middle of Lonetree Reservoir southwest of Loveland, Colorado. Pentax Optio W10 camera was ready in a pocket of my life jacket.

Well, it was a nice workout with my Thunderbolt-x kayak.
