fitness paddling: exercise, train, race by kayak & canoe

It seems that I will be doing only easy, more photography oriented, paddling for a while. I am getting some problems with my shoulder. This is the "other shoulder". The right shoulder after surgery a few years ago works just fine. In addition I injured my foot at the Warsaw airport when flying back from Europe: beware of wet floor! Nevertheless, paddling is always fun.

I have brought a couple of thousands pictures from Europe (combining business and pleasure ...) . Here is the first portfolio from Aveiro, Portugal: Moliceiro boats, not very good for paddling, perhaps, but colorful.
