fitness paddling: exercise, train, race by kayak & canoe

After a few cold days and night my paddling pond in Arapaho Bend Natural Area near Fort Collins is starting to freeze. The coastal ice along the eastern shore is pretty thick up to 1/2". A lot of ice on the deck of my Thunderbolt kayak. It may be a time to do more paddling on the South Platte River.

I still enjoyed paddling and photographing on the Beaver Pond, although I didn't catch any good pictures of the full moon.
