A couple months ago I moved my companion blog, Paddling with a Camera, from iBlog to Wordpress, a completely different blogging environment with much more powerful capabilities. Now, it is time to start moving Fitness Paddling as well and resume regular posting.

The old blog stays on line. I will move selected articles here and all new stuff will be written in a new format. It may be a little turbulent here for while.
